HOW IT WORKS - THE DVT PLAYER

The CommercialNet™ Digital Versatile Tour (DVT) System.

The World's Most Powerful Virtual Tour System.

Identity Window

1. IDENTITY WINDOW. The Identity Window displays your corporate logo, product brand or personal image. A special fade-feature built into this window allows you to click on the image to reveal a second image/information layer. Agent contact information is locatd under the image area. Contact information (or any other information the agent would like to have appear in this area) is entered by the agent from the DVT Production Suite.

Agent Information Window

2. AGENT INFORMATION WINDOW. The Agent Information Window displays relevant agent contact information in plain view. This window works in conjunction with the Identity Window to offer agents top-of-mind branding.

Audio/Presentation Window

3. VIDEO/PRESENTATION WINDOW. The Video/Presentation Window is where the "presentation element" of your tour occurs. Each DVT presentation can show twenty images with optional voice-narration (provided by agent or through our voice narration services). The illusion of TV-like movement [on ordinary digital photos] is created by the agent with an integrated 'pan and zoom' effects tool (the "P-Tool") built into the DVT Production Suite™. No "stitching" is required. More importantly, agents can choose to combine effects in one presenation such panning and zooming with voice narration in one part of the presentation while showing still images without voice narration in other parts of the presentation.

PANORAMIC TOURS. The CommercialNet DVTPS™ also allows you to upload your .JPG 180-degree and 360-degree panoramic images. (Note: This system is not designed for QuickTimeVR, Real or Windows Media Player movies).

Display Window

4. DISPLAY WINDOW. One of the most versitile features of the DVT presentation system, the Display Window allows you to upload an UNLIMITED number of images into your tour. Each image can also be linked to any unique destination or file on the Internet making the Display Window a perfect platform to allow sponsors and advertising inclusion that can help agents earn extra income for other forms of marketing (or a desperately needed vacation). Agents can also load neighborhood images linked to HOA Web sites, destination images linked to their Web sites (such as a mall or theme park), or anything else the agent feels will benefit prospective homebuyers. Best of all, agents can create individual 'Campaigns' that included any combination of images; for example, a holiday campaign showing holiday-relevant images or a city campaign showing city-scapes where an intown condo is located.

Image Preview Tray

5. IMAGE PREVIEW TRAY. The Image Preview Tray is an incredibly flexible feature that allows your prospects and customers to see thumbnail images of each frame in your tour. The Image Preview Tray allows you to scroll side-to-side without "clicking" for more-convenient access to images. Clicking on a thumbnail places the image in the Video/Presentation Window as a 'still-shot'. Clicking the PLAY button on the A/V Control bar starts that particular images presentation sequence whether it is a simply automated slideshow, a show using pan and zoom effects, or either of those with or without voice narration and/or special soundFX.

Text Marquee

6. TEXT MARQUEE. The Text Marquee is tightly integrated into your DVT voice narration script editor. Once your type your voice narration text into the DVTPS™, your text will appear in the Text Marquee. So whether or not you choose to actually record any voice narration, you can still provide valuable insight into what consumers see in each image you've uploaded into your presentation.

Reply Card

7. REPLY CARD. The Reply Card allows consumers to contact the agent (or any designated controller) without using email. This is especially helpful in situations where homebuyers may not have access to their computers and email programs.

Feature Tray

8. FEATURE TRAY. The Feature Tray is packed full of incredibly useful features that helps agents to sell their residential and commercial properties. The Feature Tray includes (a) Property Description, (b) MapQuest®, (c) Text Messaging tool, (d) Coupon & Incentives link, (e) Agent/Agency Resume, (f) NAR® Agent Designation Guide, (g) Community Information link, and a (h) PANORAMIC TOUR loader.

A/V Controls

9. AUDIO/VIDEO CONTROLS. Just as agents have superior control over the production of their DVT presentations, consumers have are given superior control over their tour viewing and listening experience. The Audio/Video Control Tray allows consumers to 'glide-shift' through the presentation at their own pace, pause the presentation, and adjust music volume and voice narration volume independently. As the DVT Production Suite develops further, more controls will be added for greater convenience.
